Fresh and Perishable Products

  • MOAMISHTI deals with fresh sweets and seasonal items. Because food products are perishable, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed based on preparation status, timing, and handover stage.
  • A refund is not automatic simply because a customer changes preference after preparation or dispatch.

Cancellation Before Preparation

  • If the customer requests cancellation before confirmation, preparation, packing, or procurement begins, MOAMISHTI may cancel without further processing.
  • If any advance amount has been collected, the refund method and timeline will be discussed directly.

After Preparation or Packing

  • Once preparation, packing, customization, gift-box arrangement, bulk planning, or delivery coordination has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Any support decision will depend on product condition, timing, and practical feasibility.

Damaged, Wrong, or Quality Concern

  • If a customer receives a wrong item, damaged pack, or serious quality concern, they should contact MOAMISHTI immediately with order details and clear photos where possible.
  • The team will review the concern and may offer replacement, partial support, or another practical resolution where justified.

No-Show and Address Issues

  • If pickup is missed, recipient is unavailable, address is incorrect, or customer response is delayed, refund may not apply because freshness-sensitive products can be affected.
  • MOAMISHTI may still try to coordinate a practical solution where possible.

  • Requests should be made as soon as possible after pickup or delivery so the team can review fairly.
